Simplifying Yoga & Pilates

Welcome to the Salus Yoga and Pilates Auckland website where we discuss and provide information on health benefits, exercise techniques and much more about the practice of Yoga and Pilates. So why draw from both Yoga and Pilates? Both these forms of exercise have varying beneficial effects on our bodies and through the combination of these exercises, we gain not only flexibility and gentle movements of muscles that Yoga is traditionally known for but also strength, co-ordination, balance and endurance through Pilates.
