Simplifying Yoga & Pilates

Welcome to the Salus Yoga and Pilates Auckland website where we share information about the health benefits, different exercises techniques and much more about the practice of Yoga and Pilates. So why draw from both Yoga and Pilates? Both forms of exercises have varying beneficial effects on our bodies and through the combination of these exercises, we improve flexibility with the gentle movements of muscles that Yoga is traditionally known as well as strength, co-ordination, balance and endurance through Pilates.

Salus Yoga & Pilates Auckland Manukau classes

We run classes every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Monday: Between 6.00 p.m. through to 7.00 p.m.

Tuesday: Between 6.00 p.m. through to 7.00 p.m.

Wednesday: Between 6.00 p.m. through to 7.00 p.m.

We welcome beginners, intermediate and advanced Yoga and Pilates students as well as students of any age and fitness level.

At beginning and end of each week, we hold discussions with our students to understand what each student wishes to achieve out of our classes.

    Seeing that each individual is different we don’t simply suggest run of the mill exercises. We curate exercises for students that may have health challenges like rheumatism or arthritis so that they get the most out of the sessions.

    Each week we hold classes just for children between the ages 3 – 8 for free. We strongly believe in instilling the benefits of exercise into their lives at a very young age so that they can carry it through to the rest of their lives.
