We'll be resuming our classes in March so if you like to register for one on one or groups classes, simply fill out your contact details below and we'll be in touch.
We welcome beginners, intermediate and advanced Yoga and Pilates students as well as students of any age and fitness level.
Although we provide mats, we strongly recommend that your bring your own for hygiene. We also recommend that you wear something comfortable such as tee-shirts, loose pants, etc. It is suggested that you do not eat anything 2 hours prior to the class. Bring plenty of water and a towel.
